Those prices for the main Meeting include :
Welcome Reception, Coffee breaks and lunches during the Symposium,
Symposium Dinner on 02/10.

Associated Institutes**:
Early registration : € 250
Late registration : € 350
- Non-EPIZONE Members Institutes:
Early registration: € 350
Late registration: € 450
- Young EPIZONE Members (main Meeting & Young
EPIZONE):
Early registration: € 200
Late registration: € 300
- Symposium Dinner only - € 60
- The registration for the EFSA-satellite meeting
is free but a preliminary
registration for the main EPIZONE meeting is compulsory. All participants of the
EPIZONE meeting can register but the number of participants is limited to 60, first come, first served.
Only persons that registerd for the EFSA satellite meeting will be admitted to
the satellite meeting.

** As stated in the EPIZONE ERG contract: Prospective
partners will be allowed 4 places for the annual meeting at the
same rate as the ERG partners. Associates will be allowed 2 places
for the annual meeting at the same rate as ERG partners.
