Dear participant of the 3rd Annual Meeting in Antalya, Turkey,

Herewith we send you some basic information, see for all detailed information concerning programmes, keynote speakers etc, the special 3rd Annual Meeting website epizone-eu.net/annualmeeting.

Transfer:
Please remember that Panorama has to have your flight details at its disposal, otherwise the won't be able to pick you up from the airport in time. If you have not provided them at registration, please send them to info@panaromaturizm.net

There will be buses continuously available at the airport, the estimated waiting time is max. 30 minutes. There will be hostesses to guide you to the buses. If you arrive on the 10th, please arrange your own transport to the venue.
The distance between airport and hotel is 30 km, costs of a taxi approx € 30-40. (taxis are not refundable for EPIZONE)

The hotel is based on a all-inclusive formula. For extra services like internet in the hotel rooms and activities, all participants have to pay extra. Wireless internet connection is free of charge in the main meeting hall B2 and the lobby of the hotel.
