Abstracts
The deadline for the submission of abstracts has passed. Abstracts submitted before February 15th 2010 will be selected for an oral or poster presentation.
You will be informed before March 31 2010 if you are selected for a poster or oral presentation.
You can submit an abstract for the following themes:
· Major epidemic threats
· Diagnostics
· Intervention strategies
· Surveillance and epidemiology
· Risk assessment
Poster presentation
Posters should be in one piece and have a maximum size of 90 cm wide and 120 cm high in portrait. Handouts of the posters are appreciated. Mounting material will be supplied. The posters will be on display during the whole meeting. The authors of the posters will be invited to be present during the poster sessions.
Oral presentation
Your oral presentation will be scheduled on the 8th or 9th of June 2010. The exact time of your presentation will be in the programme two months before the meeting. Presenters will have a ten minutes presentation followed by five minutes questions and discussion. Present on your first slide: Title of the presentation, your name and function, the name of your institute and country. You are requested you to drop off your presentation at the registration desk AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your presentation.
