Abstracts for the 3rd Annual Meeting have to be submitted before February 2nd 2009. From the submitted abstracts a selection will be made for oral presentations. If you are selected for an oral presentation, you will be informed before March 3rd 2009.

All accepted abstracts will be included in the abstract book.

How to submit

All abstracts for the 3rd Annual Meeting have to be submitted via the abstract submission tool. Instructions are available, please read them carefully. Once you have succesfully submitted you abstract you will receive a confirmation email. Information on presentation type is sent before 3rd of March to have time to register for the meeting before the hotel deadline of March 6th.

Poster presentation 

Posters should be in one piece and have a maximum size of 90 cm wide and 120 cm high. Handouts of the posters are appreciated. Mounting material will be supplied. The posters will be on display during the whole meeting. The authors of the posters will be invited to be present during the poster sessions.

Oral presentation

All presenters will receive instructions with the confirmation email of their oral presentation before the 3rd March.
