REGISTRATION PARTICIPANTS 3Rd ANNUAL MEETING

You are now able to register for the 3rd Annual Meeting of EPIZONE.

Registrations till the 6th of March 2009 include:

  • Hotel room for the nights selected
  • All meals (breakfasts, lunches, dinners and coffee breaks)
  • The beach party on the 13th of May
  • The social dinner event on the 14th May
  • Participation of the WP and project meetings, if signed up for
  • Participation of the 3rd Annual Meeting
  • Transfer from Antalya airport to venue and from venue to Antalya airport
  • Abstract book
  • Congress bag

After the deadline of 6th of March 2009 all participants are responsible for their own hotel reservation!!!

Registration from the 6th March has a fixed fee of € 300,- for any days and include:

  • All meals (breakfasts, lunches, dinners and coffee breaks)
  • The beach party on the 13th of May

  • Participation of the 3rd Annual Meeting

Please note that payment:

- via credit card will be available FROM the 12th December 2008 till 6th of March 2009

- via Bank transfer will be available from 8th December 2008 TILL 15th February 2009. Deadline for payment by bank transfer is 1st March, after this deadline your reservation will be annulled.

Deadline for hotel reservation : 6th of March 2009

 

Please note that payment:

- via credit card will be available FROM the 19th December 2008 till 6th of March 2009

- via Bank transfer will be available from 8th December 2008 TILL 15th February 2009. Deadline for payment by bank stransfer is 1st March, after this deadline your reservation will be annulled.
