Registration 4^th Annual Meeting

Registration for the 4^th Annual Meeting of EPIZONE is now closed.

Registration includes:

• All lunches and coffee breaks)
• Social dinner on the 8^th of June
• Participation of the WP and project meetings, if signed up for
• Participation of the 4^th Annual Meeting
• Abstract book
• Congress bag

Please note that payment via bank transfer will be available from 8^th December 2009 TILL 1^st May 2010. Registration for the 4^th Annual Meeting does not include hotel.

Accompanying persons are welcome to participate in the welcome cocktail on June 8 and social dinner on June 8.

Not from EPIZONE partner institute: 300,00 €

Accompanying persons: 70,00 €

After 15^th April - 1^st May 2010

From EPIZONE partner institute: 150,00 €
Not from EPIZONE partner institute: 450,00 €
Accompanying persons: 100,00 €

Registration Hotel

You can register for a hotel via this link. You will have 2*, 3* and 4* options. Rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis. See below for map of the available hotels. Hotels marked in yellow are available via our website. Prices do not include Local tax and a booking fee of 10 euro per booking. All prices include breakfast.
