Hotel registration
Deadline for hotel registration is March 31st of 2008. (This concerns the hotels booked by New Team on this site. Transport only from those hotels to and from the venue and railway station is organised)
After March 31st of 2008 you have to make your own hotel reservations*
All the hotels are located in the city centre (maximum 2 km of distance from Centro Paolo). They are high quality **** hotels, B&B service (Paolo VI, Ambasciatori, Master, Novotel and Jolly)
A bus service is scheduled to and from the congress venue on arrival date and departure date.
Booking is on a first come, first served basis and will be valid on receipt of credit card data; the credit card data will be passed on to the hotel to guarantee the reservation (in case of no-show or late cancellation made after 5th May 2008 the cost of the first night will be charged by the hotel).
The payment of the whole stay will be paid directly to the hotel upon the check-out.
Please note that the availability of single rooms is limited. Once single rooms are fully booked, double rooms for single use will be allotted.
