Project management workshop

How do you prevent that, during a project, you run out of time or money, you lose overview, you don't get the required support but do end up with a discussion about the final results of the project? In short, how do you minimize the risks of research projects? 'By using a different setup next time and by improving your project management skills!'. More information and the draft programme can be found here. We welcome PhD-students, post-docs and upcoming project leaders working in research. The course will be offered to 15-20 people.You may request an application form Project management by sending an email to epizone.cvi@wur.nl. You need to return the form before the 20thof May.You will be informed before the 27th of May if you are selected for the workshop.
