Anette Bøtner, Head of the Organizing Committee and Deputy Head of Section for Diagnostics and Scientific Advice at DTU Vet: "We have talked to a lot of happy participants, who enjoyed the many good presentations and posters, but also the lively scientific discussions between the presentations and during the breaks. So also a big thank you to all the presenters and delegates."
Primed for tomorrow
The 8th Annual Meeting was entitled: "Primed for tomorrow" and addressed the latest developments aimed at monitoring and understanding the evolution, emergence, transmission and spread of epizootic viruses. The focus was the EPIZONE themes aimed at improved disease control through integration and collaboration of research in diagnosis, intervention strategies, risk assessment, surveillance and epidemiology.
