Registration

All participants must register via the Online Registration tool.

The registration fee applies to the entire event, no individual fees for specific sessions will be accepted. The Organizing Team will confirm your registration. If you register online, a confirmation letter including a receipt will be automatically sent to you. 

All fees are stated including the VAT.

Early Bird registration must be completed by March 25, 2022. The Early Bird registration fee is only applicable if it has been credited to the conference account before/by March 28 2022.

Please remember that:

Registration is mandatory for ALL participants attending the congress.

• Deadline for early registration: until April 7, 2022.
• Deadline for registration of presenting authors: until April 7, 2022.
• Deadline for late registration: April 8 to May 17 2022.
• On-site registration will be only possible upon capacity availability.

PLEASE NOTE: A list of all participants including name, affiliation and e-mail address will be available in the conference app.

Registration fee includes

• Attendance to all scientific presentations and poster sessions
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches.
• Welcome reception at Congress venue on Wednesday, May 18*.
• Dinner

• Certificate of attendance.

*Please note that although the welcome reception and dinner are included in the registration fees, due to organizational requirements, you are kindly asked to confirm your attendance through the online registration form.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, and property damage, loss suffered while attending events or other risks. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance if needed.

All fees should be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges.
